#QuoteoftheDayYou feel your thinking. - Fiona Jacob
In this episode of “Dream it! Dare it! Do it! Live the Life You Want!” I am speaking with Fiona Jacob. Fiona was my mentor coach during my studies at Super Coach Academy with Michael Neill. In this episode, Fiona and I discuss the innate ability we all have, as human beings, to self-reflect and tap into our innate wisdom in order to overcome challenges and achieve happiness. We talk about how to notice when we believe our thoughts to be true and how to let them pass through us, rather than judge them. We share examples and point to ways to remain in the present moment. This allows us to notice the gifts of clarity, grace, creativity, love, and joy.
Fiona Jacob is a Certified Master Transformative Coach with 16 years of experience helping senior women leaders eliminate stress, embrace freedom, and thrive in all areas of life. Originally from Ireland and now living in Sweden, Fiona brings insight from 25 years as a Director of Nursing in the Middle East, leading transformative work with teams from 45 different cultures. She’s been happily married to her wonderful husband Wilhelm for 8 glorious years. They both have a love of blue water sailing and share their lives with Alex, a spirited Bernedoodle.

In this episode of “Dream it! Dare it! Do it! Live the Life You Want!”, it is another Inspiration Fix. I dive into a topic that’s often misunderstood: selfishness.
We’ve been conditioned to believe that putting ourselves first is wrong or self-centered, but what if it’s exactly what we need? Sometimes, self-love might appear as selfishness to the outside world, but is it really?
Join me as we explore how true self-care comes from listening to the deeper wisdom within, where the formless guides the form. It’s time to reframe what it means to love yourself. Could your “selfishness” be the key to your well-being? Yes… Sometimes, Self-Love looks like selfishness and that’s ok.

In this episode of “Dream it! Dare it! Do it! Live the Life You Want!” Jasmyne discusses freedom, words, expectations, and the power of feelings. She also announces an upcoming 3 PGC webinar that she will be hosting with Isabelle Caratti called: What if what you heard was totally different than what was said? The webinar will focus on the way we convey messages and the concept of interpreting the feelings behind words, rather than the words themselves. She invited everyone to attend the webinar, become a member, and join an upcoming 3-day event. She reminded everyone to “Dream it! Dare it! Do it! Live the Life You Want!”

In this episode of “Dream it! Dare it! Do it! Live the Life You Want!” Jasmyne does something different by speaking directly to her listeners about her three-week summer vacation. Jasmyne and her dog, Beauté, set out on a road trip to the United States, and it was inspiring. She discusses the feeling of expansiveness and freedom. There was a lot to see, externally and internally. They visited friends along the way and enjoyed the great outdoors. The solo road trip also allowed for time and space to “see” things from within. For example, she saw that we all have the ability to choose our experience. Being one who always knew that freedom was important to her, this exploration offered a chance to enjoy both inner and outer seeing.
Jasmyne’s podcast “Dream it! Dare it! Do it! Live the Life You Want!” reflects who she is as a person and her commitment to share the gifts that come her way.
Keep dreaming, keep daring, and keep living the life you want! Till next time...
