Carol shares the profound shift she experienced in her personal and professional journey. She is a nurse, a coach, and teacher.  Most recently, her hospice background and personal experience with grief and loss inspired her to author a children's book in order to ignite healing. Carol sheds light on the possibility that loss and grief can coexist with hope and healing

On any given day Carole Heaney might be filling the role of mom, Nona, wife, nurse, coach, late-blooming creative, and author. Since leaving her ‘big girl” job in 2015, she has created space and time to discover ways to be of healing service to herself in order to be of healing service to others. Carole is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and has a private coaching practice focused on holistically supporting others with cancer to live their best lives. Having experienced her own cancer, and as a former oncology nurse, she believes cancer is cancer and it doesn’t have to define you. It is a wake-up call that creates a ripple to change your life to discover more joy, healing, and peace.
